Right so I am rewriting this because I think I finally understand this game.

That yes it's a hard game and I wish I had something like a double jump or a sword. But that's the point, it's meant to be that hard, cause it's actually pretty small.

Also I do love the mechanic of having your armor and cape actually give you your abilities. I also found out there is a sword in game.

This was an enjoyable game, and that ending...priceless. I relate to that knight so much....having to go through hell, only to find that the real thing you love is in another castle.

All in all, an enjoyable game.

Thanks! Lol I was gonna write a response to your comment saying that there is a sword but you gotta buy it in the shop. I don't know if you found the double jump cape but it's also a powerup too.

As for the wall jumping, I hope everyone realizes I'm very unhappy with it too. Personally, I have no problem with it, but almost everyone I show it to says its clunky or awkward. I once tried taking in player feedback and making it better but then people disliked it even more, so I reverted back to the version it is now. But anyway, I'm glad you liked it!

What an enjoyable game! Special thanks for the lightweight tutorial that explains everything and doesn't overstay it's welcome, plus the well timed speech bubbles!

This is excellent!  8-bit feel and better than what was on store shelves in the 8-bit era.

Thanks man! I'm glad you liked it
